This was a labor of love; a tribute to the incandescent genius of Syd Barrett.

The tracks were recorded in the Spring of 2018 at Holy Fang Studios when it was located on Meadow Street in Brooklyn.

Brendan reached out to Oliver with an itch to record some Barrett covers, when the former was deep in a hole of obsession with the man.
Oli was more than down to oblige, since he's always in that hole of obsession.

Over a few afternoon sessions, the work was done. We wore our spooky Syd costumes: yellow shoes, blue velvet trousers, paisley shirts and channeled the spirits.
